It's an ULTRAKILL reference. I always thought the game looked interesting and I took note of V1 and V2 sharing similarities to RB and PB, only thing is, they are both Protoboy's in their case.

Well that's close enough. I've always been curious about that ending because they obviously planned for Gilbert to return since he escapes and he mentions making a new robot to sell to the world.

There's been at least one person I know of who ships them.

Oh did you watch the show back when it was first airing?

I would have liked to have seen what would have resulted of Gilbert saying he'd "design an even better robot".
