Agent Kalaschkinov was a spy hired by Dr. Kamikazi, who made her first appearance in the episode "The Babysitter". She was sent to go undercover as Tommy and Donnie's babysitter as Wendy's "cousin" Susie, because Wendy had "the flu". She seems to be rather flirtatious, especially around Dr. Kamikazi, much to his discomfort and disturbance. Due to her good looks, Tommy and Donnie both had a liking for her; Donnie even tried to impress her by lifting weights, but didn't go as planned, since she had knocked him out to go after Robotboy.

She has fair skin, green eyes, long straight knee-length blonde hair that ends in a flip, and a notably curved figure. She wears purple eyeshadow and pink lipstick. Her outfit consists of a black long sleeved turtleneck minidress with white vambraces, and white knee-length stiletto boots.

- She is named after the military gun engineer Mikhail Kalashnikov, the inventor of the Avtomat Kalashnikova.
- Her name should have been given as "Kalashnikova", for in many Eastern European countries, women's surnames are changed to the feminine.
