Cynthia Naomi "Cindy" Morrow (née Banks) is a writer, creative developer, scriptwriter, story editor, and storyboard artist for animated television.
Her professional credits include writing and story-boarding for The Flintstones: On the Rocks, Dexter's Laboratory, The Powerpuff Girls, The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy, My Life as a Teenage Robot, Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, Chowder, Care Bears: Welcome to Care-a-lot, Littlest Pet Shop, and the 2013 Mickey Mouse animated shorts. She has also written original song lyrics for an episode of Cartoon Network's Sym-Bionic Titan.
