Farmer Stenkie is a one-time character in the season 4 episode Udder Madness.
He is a farmer on a big farm that also is a campsite and workplace for children. Tommy and Gus are send to him to stay at his farm for a weekend, but they let Robotboy do all the work.
He is constantly working on his farm and is paying attention to the children if they do their chores or give them new ones when they are done.
When he is kidnapped by The Green Alien and his minions, he isn't impressed and fights with them. He also managed to capture the Green Alien before he could attack Tommy.
