LuxAnimation is a Luxembourgian animation studio based in Doncols, Luxembourg. It was founded in 2000 by Lilian Eche and Ariane Payen. The company works with many different companies to produce animated programs and movies. Since 2006, LuxAnimation has been owned by MoonScoop Group, best known for their show, Code Lyoko. In 2014, Splash Entertainment, known for their infamous movie Norm of the North, acquired MoonScoop and all its subsidiaries. In June 2010, LuxAnimation opened a department called Luxatelier, which dedicated to audiovisual projects for cinema and television.
LuxAnimation also helped in the co-production of the first series (Seasons 1 and 2) British-French cartoon Robotboy, alongside Gaumont Animation, Cartoon Network, France 3 and Cofinova 1, as the compositing and Ink & Paint studio.
