"Science Fear" is the 71st episode of the series and the 10th(a) of Season 3 of Robotboy. In this episode, its the annual Science Fair, Kurt steals a giant robot from his father's lab and wants to use it in the science fair.
Synopsis[]
Too lazy to create a project for the school science fair, Tommy enters Robotboy as his “fighting robot.” Meanwhile, school bully Kurt enters a fighting robot of his own – a gigantic and deadly one that his secret agent father has been working on. The science fair turns nasty as the two robots square off in a fight to the finish.

- This is the third time where Robotboy smiles in his super-activated mode.
- Kurt breaks the fourth wall by asking the audience "Tommy made that?", referring to Robotboy.
- It's odd that there's no adults shown running or judging the science fair.
- Kurt seems more sadistic than usual in this episode in that he tried to murder Tommy twice in this episode.
- Robotboy is shown having the same wrist rocket launcher he has in Super-activated mode, but he never uses it.
- In the original storyboard, the RFM was entered by the window on the front flipping up instead of by a hatch on the side of it.
- Robotboy briefly attempts to use the same gatling gun he uses in "Momma's Boy".

- When Tommy is telling Ro to go easy on Stu's and Mookie's robot, Hammer-Slammer, Ro's legs are completely blue when the tops of them should be white.
- When Kurt climbs to ladder, his jacket changes to black in a few frames.
- Kurt crushed Lola's project, but the ant farm is shown to be fully intact when Tommy is running towards the battle-bot.
- Tommy was knocked on top of the basketball hoop but when Kurt's firing at superactivated Robotboy, he's missing, but returns when he tells Robotboy to resist shooting at the Robotic Fighting Machine.
- When SA Ro blasts the Robotic Fighting Machine outside, the bot's feet are shown facing the building, but in the next shot, the bot had been flipped around. When Special Agent ran up to it, it's back to facing the other way.
- In the overhead view of the science fair, there are duplicates of Tommy, Lola, Robotboy, and the unnamed girl Robotboy saved in gus's body in Robogus and the G-machine among the other kids while the real ones are standing at tables.
- After Kurt smashes Lola's project and Robotboy gets angry at him, his right ear has dents, possibly damage from the Hammer Slammer. But a few frames later his ear is perfectly fine with no dents or anything. The dents return when he battles Kurt and go away, again, when Robotboy Super-activates.
- When Robotboy starts slamming the Robotic Fighting Machine into the floor, it is shown from the top instead of the bottom.
