Trivia[]

  • This is the fifth episode where Robotboy has no speaking lines.
  • This is the first time that Robotboy and Tommy aren't the central point in a episode, the second time is in the episode: The Legend of Brainy Yak.
  • The last appearance of The Doctor in the entire series. Also the only appearance of Walter the Tapeworm.
  • Tommy is completely oblivious or doesn't listen to Gus when Gus talks with Walter and mentions that Lola has a crush on Tommy, causing Lola to blush in embarrassment.
  • This is the first and only episode to see Gus skinny.
    • This is also the second time in which Gus mentions the boyfriend/girlfriend relationship between Tommy and Lola. The first was in Constantine Rising and the third would be in the Valentine’s Day episode.
  • This episode shares the same title of another cartoon from a Roger Rabbit theatrical short and Packages From Planet X.
  • This was the only episode written by Daniel Lennard, who would later become a producer for The Amazing World of Gumball.

In other languages[]

Int. Language Int. Title Translation
Dutch Lol met een lintworm* Fun with a tapeworm
French Gastroboy The guest
German Bauch-Probleme Abdominal problems
Spanish El problema de Tommy Tommy's Problem**
Polish Tasiemiec Tapeworm

*In Dutch LOL means Fun. It's an actual word and should not be confused with L.O.L. (Laughing Out Loud)

** It is very strange that the Spanish dub of the episode is called Tommy's Problem. Due to the fact that Tommy doesn't have any big problems in this episode and doesn't have a big part in the episode. The Spanish dubbing studio has probably translated the word Tummy to Tommy by mistake.
