Wally is a one-time character in Robotboy and one of Tommy and Gus' friends.
Tommy and Gus had a sleep-over at Wally's house in the episode "The Sleepover". They and some other friends wrecked his house and were disrespectful to Wallie's Dad and end up getting kicked out by his mom. Later Tommy mentions that the year before the police and the fire department had to come, presumably because of mass property damage and recklessness. Tommy and Gus seem to get along with Wally and he seems like a good friend to them.

- Despite seeming to be being good friends with Tommy and Gus, "The Sleepover" is the only episode where Wally appears or is mentioned. Since he is never seen at the school seen in the series, it is possible that he goes to another school.
